EXECUTIVE SECTION
OFFICERS REPORT: Matt Ramshaw mentioned that dues are due for the Oct to March term.
COMMITTEE REPORT: None.
OLD BUSINESS: Subscribe to our blog, we are up to 73.
NEW BUSINESS:
Approval for expenses: Carrie Driscoll regarding some papers, visitor data sheets, member packets, etc. 65.20 $, second by Adam and Rob. The manuals have been revised to reflect the new evaluation times as well as the CLE. Aye s has it. The expenses were approved.
Membership application from Mark Hayden. His application for membership was accepted into the SCTM way! The treasurer has received the check. Motion was made to accept him into the club, Second by Rob Van Winkle. Aye has it. He will be assigned a mentor pending discussion on whether or not he needs one and inducted next week.
CORRESPONDENCE AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: Howard Brandt made an announcement that Dick Shields is the guy who got us this building and worked with MetLife at one time. He told Shields about the issue with MetLife moving to NC and that there is a chance we may lose our meeting venue. Mr. Shields discussed it with the building officials and he confirmed that everyone in this building was being moved to NC. Also, that the clayton office will be moved into this building and the personnel mentioned that they have no intention of closing this place. So SCTM still has a home! Yaay!
