New Business: Jerry Paul mentioned the need for a new file box; cost was estimated at $15 to $20. Tom Terrific made a motion to allow Jerry Paul to purchase it; the second motion was provided by Dave Domian; all members voted ‘aye’ – to support the purchase of the file box in the amount indicated
Correspondence and Announcements:
Item 1: Climate Change Classes
• Brian Ettling said that he will be teaching a class at St. Louis Community College on Climate Change on 2/23 (Saturday) from 930A to Noon. Information is available from Brian
• Brian Ettling will give a presentation to the Sierra Club in Alton, Illinois on 2/11 (Monday) at 7 PM
Item 2: Home School Debate Judges Needed
• Tom Terrific informed the club about the chance to judge an upcoming Home School Student debate from 3/6 (Wednesday) to 3/9 (Saturday); come and help out and/or listen to some very good public speakers
Item 3: PC/Overhead/Projector Use Next Week (2/13)
• Adam Kutell will be absent at the next meeting (2/13) so. Please contact Adam No-Later-Than this Friday (2/8) if you need any of the equipment listed
Item 4: Dues
• Kelly Bottini stated that Dues will be due to her by 15 March; 6 months dues will be $42.00
