Past President, Petrina Monti informed us that we are looking for a new slate of officers to start in Jan for a six month commitment. Each role is an opportunity to learn. Training will be provided.
Committee Reports
Max Kaiser Jr. announced that judges are needed for the American Legion and Optimists’ Intl. Speech and Scholarship Contests. Dates to be announced, for further info contact maxskaiser2@gmail.com

Kathy Denton opened a discussion about what to do with the old camcorder. She said it does work if hooked to a power cord. We adopted Kathy’s suggestion of a raffle. A motion was made and seconded and the vote passed unanimously. The raffle will be in two weeks with tickets for $1.00 each.

Adam Kutell noticed that Jeff Hall did not receive a name badge and wondered if we need to order more?
A signup sheet is being passed around for the Christmas party please indicate what you will be bringing.
The price for dinner at the Conference at Pierre Marquette is $33.00. We need to get a head count of how many will attend. Let President Steve know a.s.a.p.
