Old Business:
The members previously voted on a VP of Education but due to circumstances we needed to vote on a new VP of Education, Steve Bettag asked for volunteers and and Adam Kutell volunteered. Adam Kutell was accepted as our new VP of Education.
Bob Heaton the area governor relinquished the previous officers roles and inducted our new officers for the next term.

Petrina thanked Barb Sapienza for her wonderful job of putting together the Toastmaster Leadership Institute together. Barb also thanked all the volunteers for helping out and that she
couldn’t have done it without them
