Old Business:
Adam Kutell announced that the responsibilities of the club picnic will go to Shreya Gopal and Sudi Gopinath so that they could reach some goals in the CL manual.

New Business:
Don Kelly became a new members dues were received and accepted, Don was inducted tonight and his mentor will be Brent Stewart.

Correspondence & Announcements:
Carl Hendrickson announced that beside himself Dee McAliney and Steve Flick gave an hour presentation on April 19th to the National Association of Credit Managers at the Crown Plaza Hotel in Clayton the title of the Speech was “Speaking in Public without Dying”.
Adam Kutell reminded us that the Division 8 contest is this coming Saturday the 28th at 2:00 pm at the Tesson Ferry Library, Alan Kirby and Erin Gissel will be in the contest and need all of our support as a club.
Steve Bettag announced along with Joanne Korba that the Tall Tales contest sponsored by our club will be at the end of the month of May; please see Steve or Joanne to sign up.
