Here are the meeting minutes for 3-07-2012 meeting.
I did not know that the club secretary was not in attendence until after the meeting was over. Below is my best recollection as to what happened at the meeting. This explains why there is not a head count or the names of all the guests.

Matt will be formally inducted at next week’s meeting.
