Vicky Poinsette w/ Cushman Wakefield had a discussion with some of the members. She mentioned that she had heard of complaints from the cleaning staff in regards to having to stop during speeches and that members have complained about the room arrangements, especially when we are placed in the cafe. She also stated that alcohol is strictly permitted on the premises.
Howard Brandt spoke to the club and reminded everyone that we are the guests and also that we are given access to the rooms free of charge. Please be mindful of that and absolutely no alcohol is permitted.
Bill Treece suggested we send a card to Vicky apologizing to her and the cleaning crew. He will purchase the card and have the members sign it.
Bill Treece was also voted on and accepted as a member of the South County Toastmasters. He was is a current Toastmaster and has decided to join our club. Welcome Bill!
