Dues are due – please submit payment in the amount of $42 to Brent Stewart. Next week is the last week to give Brent money before he sends the dues to Toastmasters International.

Bill McNabb would like to welcome Stephanie Payne as a new member of the Speakers Bureau. There are 4 other members that have joined and Bill will announce those next week as he is currently on the beach in Cancun celebrating his 27th wedding anniversary. Congratulations Bill!
Max Kaiser, Jr. spoke on September 15th at the Mehlville Optimist Group meeting.

Correspondence & Announcements:
Congratulations to Carl Hendrickson on placing 2nd in the Area Table Topics Contest. He will compete again in the Division A Contest on October 1st at Twin Rivers. The briefing is at 10:15 a.m. with the competition beginning at 10:30 a.m.
The District 8 Contest is on November 18-19 at the Capital Plaza hotel in Jefferson City, MO.
VP of Membership Judy Sowers would like to encourage members to bring guests to our meetings.
