Carl Hendrickson – Education Committee met and discussed having Theme competitions, for example a Tall Tale contest or Ghost Story contest for Halloween.  Please email Carl with any ideas.
Also discussed was having a quarterly speech marathon due to the increase of new members.  This would give members more opportunities to speak.  The consensus was that the opportunities are currently available.

A motion was made to provide funding to reserve a picnic site.  The motion was voted on and passed.
