Mike Marian – VP of Education: International Speech & Evaluation Club Contest will be held March 9th, 2011. Any member is eligible for the Evaluation Contest; a member must have completed six speeches in the Competent Communication Manual to be eligible for the Speech Contest. Roles still need to be filled at time of meeting include (but not limited to): 3 vote counters, 2 timers. Volunteers please email Mike Marian at: michael.marian50@yahoo.com
Laura Zemann passed around the “Toastmaster of the Year” tally sheet.

Old Business:
Kevin Wilson – President: TLI Officers’ training has been completed. Our club was recognized with a ribbon for completion of 2010-2011 member goal. Congratulations!
New Business:
Diane Fawcett – VP of Membership presented a new member application for Brian Ettling. Diane Fawcett made a motion to accept the application and Howard Brandt seconded. Vote passed. Induction for Brian Ettling and Don Wieland will be held at the February 2nd meeting.
Correspondence & Announcements:
Adam Kutell announced that he has a speech that requires internet access. He has offered to provide this capability to other members with one week’s notice. (Be sure to let ADAM KUTELL know ONE WEEK IN ADVANCE if internet is needed for your speech!)
