Business meeting was reopened at 7:54pm: Howard Brandt made a motion to reopen the business meeting to vote on the incoming officers. Diane Fawcett seconded._________________________________________________
Adam Kutell made a motion to adopt the entire slate of officers as presented by the nomination committee.
