Alan Kirby has filled out the slate for the new officers, thanks Howard Brandt for his help in recruiting. He proposed that the induction be held at the next meeting if there are no objections.

Laura Zemann passed around the sheet for the Toastmaster of The Year award.
President Reichardt thanks the officers for their help this year and announces we only need two CC’s to make our targeted goal.
Secretary Monti thanked all members for helping to reconstruct last meetings minutes after the notes were lost. The folder has since been found and returned. Thanks, Erin Gissel.

Old Business:
Adam Kutell asked if we were having the white elephant gift exchange at the Christmas party. After much discussion President Reichardt decided to leave it up to the planning committee to decide.
New Business:
Diane Fawcett VP Membership presented two applicants for membership. Diane made a motion to accept Steve Bettag. The motion was seconded by Adam Kutell. The vote was taken and passed unanimously. Diane made motion to accept David Bateman. The motion was seconded by Laura Zemann. A vote was taken and passed unanimously.
Both members will be inducted and assigned mentors at the next meeting on Jan 5th.
