Committee Reports:
Audit Committee: Audit was completed by Tom Krauska and Brent Stewart. A copy is now on file with this secretary. Financial records are now passed on to new Treasurer, Joe Archambault. Balance in the treasury is $3,389.32

Old Business:
VP Membership announced that Joann Korba has been approved for membership. The induction ceremony was conducted by Interim President Barb Sapienza. Joann’s mentor will be Sue Dickemper

New Business:
Bill Collier announced that Arch Engraving can supply full color name badges for members and will give a TM discount.
Diane Fawcett VP Education presented a new application for membership by Brenda McNaughton. Brenda’s application was voted on and approved. Brenda will be inducted at the next meeting.

Max Kaiser informs us that a former member, Dave, is interested in renewing his membership.
