OFFICERS’ REPORTS
* Education – Kevin Reichardt presented the Competent Communicator award to Tom Terrific.
* Public Relations – Petrina Monti put out a press release on our Tall Tales contest.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
* Carl Hendrickson reported that the Education Committee is developing a questionnaire for our new members to gage how well their mentor is doing.
OLD BUSINESS
* Erin Gisell reminded everyone of the “Tall Tales” contest, coming in June, and that volunteers are still needed (Judges, vote counters,…).
* Adam Kutell reminded everyone to keep receipts for expenditures incurred to put on the contest.
NEW BUSINESS
* Joe Archambault states that we are running low on voting ballots and he will be going soon to a printer to order new ballots. If anyone else has any printing needs for the club be sure to contact Joe.
* Adam Kutell states that more DVD’s to record speeches on will soon be needed.
* Tom Terrific says that its time to rid the club of the old VHS camcorder and that we will sell it to the highest bidder.
* Alan Kirby informed membership that Howard Brandt will head up the search committee for new officers.
