The minutes from last week’s October 14th meeting were revised to show an ending time of 9:00pm. Otherwise the revised minutes were accepted as sent via e-mail to all members.
OFFICERS’ REPORTS:
President:
VP of Education: Kevin Wilson announced that the November schedule would be completed and updated online by 10/22 (Thursday). Kevin also announced that there will not be a meeting on Wednesday the 25th (the day before Thanksgiving)
VP of Membership: Sue Dickemper read the latest updates to the guest-calls she has been working with to get guest and prospective member feedback. A copy of the responses are being held by the secretary.

Rich Ullrich announced that the Division “A” contest will be held on Saturday October 24, 1pm at Jefferson Area College.
NEW BUSINESS:
Max Kaiser announced that the Webster University speakers schedule will be given to Max who will have it posted. Max said that all members can act as judges and get paid an honorarium and a free meal.
CORRESPONDENCE & ANNOUNCEMENTS:
Max Kaiser announced that former member Charlie Simmons is recovering well from his recent surgery.
