Treasurer: Jim Salih. Bocce Day had the Club lose $1.30 following payment from all participants.

Secretary: Patrick Hunt. No report.
Committees: George Kiser, representing the nominating committee: Two officer roles have yet to have someone volunteer for them. Once candidates have been identified, the Club shall be notified.
Unfinished Business: None.
New Business: Jim motioned that Theresa Dobson be accepted as a member of South County Toastmasters. JD Perper seconded the motion. All members present voted to accept Theresa Dobson into South County Toastmasters. Debbie Young shall serve as Theresa’s mentor.
Correspondence and Announcements: Debbie Young: The last couple meetings have had sporadic issues with the Owl. Testing has identified the Owl’s external supply as being the cause of the issue. A replacement external supply has been obtained and resolves the issue.
