(1) A new system is being implemented: attendees check off their names on a roster at each meeting. The roster helps Table Topics Masters assign participants appropriately, with a focus on including new members.
(2) Table Topics Masters are encouraged to arrive early, review who’s present, and consult the Table Topics Master sheet in club documents to follow proper hierarchy.
(3) Proposal to revert to previous timing signals for speeches: The board decided to table the discussion for further clarification at a later date.
VPE: Jim Salih
(1) The monthly scheduling Google form will be sent out earlier (on February 10 instead of the 12th or 13th)
(3) The club has enough members to qualifying for the Smedley Distinguished Award; administrative tasks are required to finalize.
VPM: Sylvia Awondatu Members are encouraged to upload profile pictures on the Toastmasters International website for better recognition of our new and returning members.

Correspondence and Announcements: Situational Awareness – Due to membership growth, the possibility of renting additional space has been raised. General consensus: Expansion would double rent with no guarantee of the same discounted rate for a second room.
