President: Brent Stewart- An executive board meeting will be held on Monday at 6:30 p.m. for a status update.
VPE: Jim Salih-
- The schedule for the first three weeks of October has been emailed, with the remaining two weeks to follow; members who did not receive the schedule should request a resend.
- An educational segment was presented on navigating the South County Toastmasters website, highlighting the Member Resources section, where members can access club documents, agendas, meeting links, the roster, and role descriptions; updates to the email distribution list will be made after October 1.
VPM: Vicky Kolaks – Members were offered the opportunity to receive updated name tags, with the labeler available on-site.
VPPR: Debbie Young-
- Website and Club History: The website now features 50th anniversary content, including historic images and antique-style headers. Additional club history will be added over the next few months.
- Founders Day and Anniversary Gala: Invitations have been sent to all members for Founders Day next week and the Anniversary Gala; members are welcome to attend either or both events.
- Halloween Open House: The last meeting in October will feature Halloween-themed speeches, including ghost stories, as part of the celebration.
- Member Memorabilia Display: Members are encouraged to bring personal memorabilia to display during Founders Day; items should be labeled and returned afterward.
Treasurer: Nicholas Murphy- Dues are due by September 26 and are valid through March of the following year. Members needing assistance with payment should see the treasurer after the meeting to avoid reinstatement next month.
