President: Brent Stewart-
1. The 50th Anniversary Committee proposed holding a banquet, continuing a tradition for major anniversaries. The club voted to hold the banquet on a Wednesday night in place of the regular meeting.
2. The committee discussed subsidizing up to $25 per member toward the banquet cost, with guests and alumni paying full price. Due to concerns about alumni participation, the motion was put on hold until the final cost is determined.
VPE: Jim Salih-Suggestion to consider being open for roles, so VPE has the flexibility in creating the schedule.
VPM: Vicky Kolaks-No Report
VPPR: Debbie Young-Reminder of the upcoming pub social at Maggie O’Brien’s on Thursday at 6:30 p.m., with a private room reserved, alumni invited, 50th anniversary memorabilia available, and a farewell planned for Patrick.

Committee Reports: The officers and board met via Zoom to work on the Club Success Plan, due by the end of September. The club is aiming for the Smedley Distinguished Award by achieving all 10 goals.

Correspondence and Announcements:
- The executive committee discussed announcing member attendance streaks, noting JD Perper at 128 meetings, Jim Salih at 19, and Debbie Young at 15.
- The free eight-week Youth Leadership program for ages 13–17 will begin on September 23. Interested participants should contact Jim Salih to enroll.
