South County Meeting March 26, 2025

Meeting Location: Sunset Hills Community Center

Call to Order:  6:30 p.m.

Officer Reports:

President:  Erin Kutell:  Club Dues cover April 1st-Oct.1st. $91.00. Email from Jim Salih has payment information for members. Reminder emails have been sent. Dues are prorated for new members. 

The Executive Committee discussed reordering perforated labeled paper that the club uses for votes and comments. It is costly, so other options were discussed and proposed to the club, such as using index cards, members printing and cutting, or an all digital option. This will be voted on by the Executive Committee at the next meeting.  

VPE:  Debbie Young: The 5th meeting of the month, April 30th, will be a Speechathon. There will be no verbal evaluations, only written. Please let Debbie know if you’d like to participate in the Speechathon.
