Committee Reports: Jim Salih reminded the club that the club speech contest is next week on Wednesday Jan 29th at 6:30 and that it is not too late to sign up. We have 4 speakers and 4 evaluators signed up.
Debbie Young reminded the club that support roles are still needed for the club speech contest.

New Business:
Pres: Erin Kutell asks for the names of the new members to be.
SAA: Vicky Kolaks: Escorts all new members and guests out of the room.
VPM: JD Perper reads new member bios aloud. Joseph Parks and Tina Sappington join Erin at the lectern. She reads club responsibilities and asks if they agree. They do with a resounding, “Yes.”
VPE: Debbie Young:
Treasurer: Jim Salih: Stated that he has received dues from both members. All current members unanimously vote in new members.
SAA: Vicky Kolaks: Escorts new members and guests back into the room.
President Erin Kutell calls all new members to the front of the room and inducts all members at once. Erin asks JD if he moves to accept the new members. He responds, “I do.” Someone makes 2nd motion to accept both members. It is unclear who from the recording. All members asked to vote. New members voted in unanimously. The new members are then inducted.
Correspondence and Announcements: Brent Stewart gave an update on long-time member Carl Hendrickson’s health and encourages members to visit him.
Jim Salih stated that Youth Leadership is underway and going well.
