Toastmaster/Emcee: George Kiser who noted that Toastmasters was founded by Ralph Smedley who was originally from Bloomington, IL. He founded Toastmasters in CA with 35 members. Our Club was founded in 1975. There are 16,000 Clubs and 364,000 members worldwide.
