Debbie also noted that the live version of the link is the most up to date for a meeting as it will include replacements and those who are not attending. She also reminded us that when emailing the entire Club that we use the most up to date member list.

New Business: J.D. announced that he will be undertaking a campaign to promote Toastmasters in general and our Club in particular and will be trying to set up an interview with Channel 5 on their morning show. He had done a similar thing when he was in Memphis and it resulted in new members for his Club and for the District. He inquired as to whether anyone had any contacts at Channel 5. Amy has a friend who’s step sister is Ann Albright at Channel 5 and she will provide a contact for J.D. He will be happy to consider any input from members regarding things to include in a TV presentation.
