President: Adam Fox. (Report presented by Debbie Young on behalf of Adam Fox.) The speech contest shall be held over Zoom on 1/31/24. The format is different from a regular meeting, with certain formalities mirroring those at other levels of competition. The first 20-30 minutes of meeting will involve briefings for each of the different roles. The meeting shall start at the regular time of 6:30PM.
If you do not yet have a role, please let Debbie know so you can sign up for one. Instructions shall be sent out on how to execute your role. It is suggested you reach out to Jim to schedule a practice session if you are a speaker.
The contest master is Brent Stewart. The Zoom Master is Jim Salih. The Chief Judge is Debbie Young.
