President Vic Mattison informed us that the minutes of the last meetings have been posted. He asked if there were any corrections or additions. The minutes were approved as posted.
Officer Reports:
President: Vic Mattison. Rob VanWinkle with Jim Salih will be reviewing the club financials for the year. Vicky Kolaks (BBQ Chair) continues to research venues for club bbq next month. If needed, Bill Collier has a pavillion reserved on 9/10/23 at Ferd B Lang park in Arnold, MO that can be used for the bbq. Founder’s day, chaired by Julie Zeitler and Patrick Hunt, will be celebrated on 10/18/23. A Halloween party is tentatively scheduled for October. Proposed youth leadership program by Jim Salih. J D Perper has volunteered to assist Jim. Google phone number now established and linked to the club website. TLI leadership for officer training this Saturday 8/26/23.
VPE: Debbie Young. Asks to please disregard the email mush-up. There will be a special meeting next week.
