President Victor Mattison informed us that the minutes of the last meetings have been posted. He asked if there were any corrections or additions. The minutes were approved as posted. Correction: 7/12/23 was Vic Mattison, not Brent Stewart.
Officer Reports:
President: Victor Mattison. Optomist club event is tomorrow. Club mtg on Zoom only on 8/9/23 & 8/16/23 due to Sunset Hills Comm Ctr not being available. Asked for anyone interested to proxy for the TM annual business mtg to let him or Herb Villaflores know.
VPE: Debbie Young. Level 1 award presented to Samira Mujdziv.
VPM: Adam Fox. Presented Andrew Held as a candidate for membership to our club.
VPPR: Melissa Baldwin. No report.
Treasurer: Jim Salih. Dues (Jul 2023 – Dec 2023) change for current members. $76 if paid by 7/28/23. Increase to $91 on 8/1/23
Sergeant-at-Arms: Susan McConnell. 7/22/23 Officer training at Washington University. Refer to District 8 website for details.

New Businesss: Motion to admit Andrew Held to South County Toastmasters. Second by Rob VanWinkle. Voted in admission by unanimous vote. Patrick Hunt assigned as mentor.
