President Vic Mattison informed us that the minutes of the last meetings have been posted. He asked if there were any corrections or additions. The minutes were approved as posted.

VPPR: Melissa Baldwin Hunt. No report.
Treasurer: Jim Salih. Membership dues will increase $15 after Aug 1, 2023. As previously announced that we must have online meetings only on 7/12/23, 8/9/23, and 9/13/23 because of Sunset Hills festival days, we also will not be able to attend in person on Wednesday, August 16, due to the building being closed that entire week for maintenance according to Ryan Taylor.
Sergeant-at-Arms: Susan McConnell. Judging the Oratorical World Championships as sponsored by Optimist International. Optomist club looking for volunteers to help judge presentations. Please contact Amy Keller if interested 314-881-1318

New Business: Jim Salih reminded us to get renewal payments submitted by 7/28. Members can avoid the $15 increase if paid by then. Several have already paid via Venmo.
