Call to Order: 6:30 PM

Presiding Officer: Debbie Young

President Debbie Young informed us that the minutes of the last meetings have been posted. She asked if there were any corrections or additions.  The minutes were approved as posted.

Officer Reports:

President: Debbie Young. 

  1. Congratulations to Jim Salih and Bill Collier for putting on a nice bocce ball event. It was a lot of fun and all who attended had a good time. We appreciate the coordinators’ efforts.
  2. Next term begins July 1st. Our new officers will be:
    • President – Victor Mattison;
    • VPE – Debbie Young;
    • VPM – Adam Fox;
    • VPPR – Melissa Baldwin;
    • Secretary – Herb Villaflores;
    • Treasurer – Jim Salih;
    • Sargent at Arms – Susan McConnell.
    • The new officer list has been posted in club central and our club got a half a point towards our President Distinguished club points. We have achieved 30 awards from 7/1/2023 through today. Last year we only achieved 13 awards, so we have more than doubled our awards this year. You can still submit path completions.
  3. Make up training for officers will be in the future. One is in July in person at Washington University. Debbie will send the dates and link.
