President Debbie Young informed us that the minutes of the last two meetings have been posted. The minutes from May 31, were just recently posted. She asked if there were any corrections or additions. The minutes were approved as posted. If you have changes to the May 31 minutes, just reach out to Debbie and she will make the changes.
Officer Reports:
President: Debbie Young.
- June 14th will be a zoom only meeting. This has been posted on our website. Do not come to the Community Center next week.
VPE: Adam Fox. No Report
VPM: Susan McConnell. No report.
VPPR: Patrick Hunt. No report.
Treasurer: Jim Salih. Jim sent out the latest financials report via email, if you did not receive it contact Jim and he will send it to you.
Sergeant-at-Arms: Susan McConnell. No report.

Rob VanWinkle read the slate of officers for next term:
President – Victor Mattison;
VPE – Debbie Young;
VPM – Adam Fox;
VPPR – Melissa Baldwin;
Secretary – Herb Villaflores;
Treasurer – Jim Salih;
Sargent at Arms – Susan McConnell.
Rob made a motion that we vote on the entire slate. The vote was taken and 18 voted in favor, satisfying the required quorum. The new slate of officers takes effect July 1. Congratulations new officers!
Event:
Jim Salih – The bocce ball club event will be held June 10th at Tower Tee golf from 11 am – 1 pm. Cost is $5, you can bring it to the event.
Unfinished Business: None
New Businesss:
- Susan McConnell, VP of Membership, presented an application for membership for Ashley Spraggs. The club voted Ashley in as a new member. Welcome Ashley!
Correspondence and Announcements:
Jim Salih – Jim heard from Charles Giamarino who informed him he is doing fine and may come back in the future after working out new living arangements.
Brent Stewart – Carl Hendrickson is still building up strength but is not yet ready to come back. Susan asked if we can send a card and all agreed that’s a good idea.
Reminder – The 6/14 meeting will be held online in zoom only. Do not come to the Community Center.
