Officer Reports:
- President – Brent Stewart – No corrections to the meeting minutes from last week. Approved as submitted.
- President – Brent Stewart – The nominating committee for the next set of board members has been appointed. The committee members are: Kathy Denton, Vic Mattison and Anne Hartupee.
- President – Brent Stewart – If anyone wants to bid on the old projector let him know as Jim Bubash and Sandy Roll are interested in it.
Committee Reports:
- Mary K – Youth Leadership graduation is 11-14-18. 10-16 kids will be expected. 13 – 15 guests are planning to attend. (Brent will need the names of the guests so he can let MetLife know). The club approved funds for Mary K to purchase snacks. No joke or vote counter will be needed. Theme will be Thanksgiving.
- Debbie Young – Bill Hurston received his Innovative Planning award.
- Debbie Young – She will be putting the December schedule together this weekend. Please let Debbie know if you will miss any meetings in Dec and/or what roles you are/aren’t interested in. She also proposed the club cancel the Dec 26th The motion was approved.

- Jim Salih – Carl Hendrickson is doing well and plans to return to the meetings soon.
- Rob Van Winkle – Met with former member, Kelly Botini, recently. She asked him to tell everyone “hello”
