New Business:
- Kathy Denton – Motion for reimbursement for a microphone cable/adapter for new conference room in the amount of $27.42. Seconded by Geoff King. Approved reimbursement for $27.42
- Jim Bubash – Motion to have SCTM’s Christmas party at Affton Community Center for 12/19/18 (W). Seconded by Geoff King. Approved motion to hold SCTM Christmas party on 12/19/18. A Separate motion will be performed in the near future to fund the cost of $180 for room rental.
Correspondence and Announcements:
- Bill Collier – Jack Bettag is at a Rehabilitation Center to gather strength. He is not ready for visitors yet.
- Jim Salih – Computer the club owns will not connect to overhead projector/devices in new conference room. Requested Executive Committee to look into how we need/want to proceed.
- Kath Schafroth – announced that she is an Aunt for the 2nd time with a new Nephew added to her family. Congratulations to you and your family Kath!
- Kathy Denton – Due to the new microphone cable/adapter she won’t need to bring the amplifier in the future – we will use the hardware built into the new conference room.
