Committee Reports:
- Susan McConnell announced she is taking over VPE for Vic while he is out of the country – she will send an email for schedule requests to be complete by early next week
- Kathy Denton announced committee meetings – we are working on success plan and will continue to do so
Unfinished Business:
- Adam Kutell reminded everyone about club table topics and humorous speech contest the last week of the month – Stacy and Tim working on this
- Jim Salih brought up Youth Leadership – 8-week course for grade school and high school kids. He’s looking to be a mentor to someone who would like to lead them. There is already a program set up, so all you have to do is go by the program. Please let Jim know if you are interested in helping with this initiative.
New Business:
- Dave Domian would like to be reimbursed for $100 for the supplies for the club BBQ
- Motion passed
Announcements:
- Dave Domian announced we had a successful BBQ and thanked everyone for attending
- Rich Puskarich reminded club members downtown toastmasters is doing an open house and Geoff King will be speaking – he encourages everyone who can attend to do so and support Geoff and the club
- 4240 Cortex building downtown
- Rich will also do tours before and after the toastmasters meeting at the tech shop – meet in the Cortex building – tour before will start at 5:30
- Sean Sheehan thanked Sandra for coming and visiting and emphasized that she is always welcome and can bring other guests
