Meeting Minutes for Nov. 4th, 2015

Call to order:  7pm

Business Meeting:

Minutes from Oct. 21st, 2015 discussed and accepted as posted

New business:  None

Old business:  None

Comm. Reports:  Adam Kutell and Erin Gissel will be the Christmas Party Comm.  Liz Decamp is going to help if her schedule permits.  The past location of the Christmas party is no longer available.  A search is underway to obtain a new location.  The dates of Dec. 9th and 16th were discussed for possible party dates.

Vamsi Jammalamadaka gave an update on club progress as VPE.  We have meet 9 goals for President Distinguished.

Vamsi asked for vote to not schedule a club meeting on Wednesday before thanksgiving.  Jim Salih made the motion and Carl Hendrickson seconded.  Motion passed.  No meeting on Nov. 25th.

Corr. and Announcements:  Adam Kutell explained the District conference registration date passed but encouraged all club members to still ask the district for lower rate if you still want to go.  The District has made this adjustment in the past.
