Officers Report:

Dick Shields reminded everyone that has not paid dues he must receive by Sept. 30, 2015 to pay Toastmaster International on time.  Dick reported for Carl Hendrickson checks are needed for the 40th Anniversary party to reserve the banquet room.  15 persons have signed up and paid so far.  Checks for Anniversary party must be in by Oct. 14th.  The party is Oct. 28th.  Cost is $12.50 per person and you can pay Dick Shields with checks made out to South County Toastmasters.

Old business:

Max Kaiser reminded everyone Webster/Lindenwood University needs judges for their Forensic Speaking Series between now and January.  Let Max now if you are interested in serving as a Judge.  Lunch and ten dollars is provided.  Max will get dates out to the club soon.

Rob Van Winkle added this is a wonderful learning opportunity to see many young gifted members in action for SCTM members

New Business:

Kyle Lysinksi was presented as a new member to join.  Dues are paid, application received.  Susan McConnell made a motion to accept Kyle into the club.  Max Kaiser Jr. seconded.  All voted in favor.  Induction ceremony was performed by Dave Domian and Susan McConnell.

Correspondence and Announcements:

Tim Budd is riding in “Peddle for the Cause”  a 100 mile bike ride to raise money for Cancer research for Barnes Jewish and St. Louis Children’s Hospital.  See Tim or email Tim if you want to donate.
