1. Please find included James Bubash as Sergeant at Arms as inducted to the new leadership.
2. Carrie Driscoll VP Membership was not present on 26 June for the inducted. Hence, she will be inducted by Gina Willard at the meeting tonight.

EXECUTIVE SECTION
OFFICERS REPORT: None. COMMITTEE REPORT: None.
OLD BUSINESS: The incoming President will address the issue of change in location at the next meeting. Please do not update the guards about the moving of the building and details as such, keep it to toastmasters.
NEW BUSINESS: Jerry Paul thanked everyone for the help with his term over the past 6 months. Suzanne Lee our new Area 4 Governor was invited to induct the new committee members for the term July-December 2013. She inducted the new committee as follows: President – Gina Willard, VPEd – Erin Gissel, VPPR – Carmen Wilkerson, Secretary – Shreya Gopal, Sergeant at Arms – James Bubash, Treasurer – Matt Ramshaw, and Officer at Large – Carl Hendrickson. Gina accepted the new term. Carrie Driscoll – VPE will be inducted by Gina Willard at the July 10th meeting.
July 3rd Meeting: Adam asked if we should have that meeting. Petrina made a motion that the 3rd July meeting be declared a holiday in lieu of the long weekend. Carl suggested that we oppose the motion and attend it. Kathy said it would be a better idea to take a head count, Jeff concurred. Voted: Aye = 14, Nay = 7. July 3rd meeting stands cancelled. Tall Tales Contest: Adam made a request to have the tall tales contest. Matt Ramshaw made a motion to host the contest on July 24th instead of the last week of July. Steve Bettag seconded. The motion was passed by a majority of Aye.
CORRESPONDENCE AND ANNOUNCEMENTS: Incoming officers are requested to come to TLI to get club credit, it is free, and breakfast will be provided. All incoming officers and TM s are encouraged to come to TLI. David Wilkins is moving to Salt Lake City, Utah coming August and will have to move so last meeting will be around the 1st week of August. BUSINESS MEETING END TIME: 7:27 pm
